How to Submit a Notification of Claimed Infringement
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication (by email) that sets forth the items specified below. Please do not send us regular mail, as we may not receive it in a timely manner. Please email your written notice to our designated copyright agent at [email protected]
- Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon (for example, "The copyrighted work at issue is the text that appears on http://www.example.com/infringed_work.html").
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #1 above (for example, "The material that I claim is infringing the copyrighted work is the text that appears on http://www.example.com/infringing_work.html").
- Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (email address is preferred).
- Provide a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted work described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.").
- Provide a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright (for example, "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner of the copyright or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.").
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please also be advised that we will aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you have received a notice of copyright infringement, you may provide us with a counter-notification in writing to our designated copyright agent at [email protected]. To be an effective counter-notification, your counter-notification must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the specific materials that have been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or from an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the website.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
